For the last decade India as a society has become the youngest and most skillful population on the planet, with over 65% of the population being aged under 35 years old, and 95% scoring above-average English skills. We have everything needed to create a thriving economy, and be one of the wealthiest countries in the world.
But although we have everything a country needs, the reality for most Indian citizens is far from being wealthy. With most of us struggling to make over 10 lakh per year, poor working conditions, and long working hours. And while this is all happening, western individuals are making more and more money, whilst having only a handful of our skills.
You must be wondering… Why?
Well, the answer is a lot simpler than you may think. From a study done in the economic times, simple jobs in India are being flooded by PHD holders and graduates, because we can not supply these people with enough jobs.
